End User License Agreement

Effective Date: July 2026

Purpose

SMCWD Billing Manager is an internal software application developed exclusively for Sonoma Mountain County Water District (SMCWD). The application is designed to assist authorized personnel with customer billing, invoice preparation, payment tracking, and integration with QuickBooks Online.

Authorized Use

This software may be used only by employees or individuals authorized by Sonoma Mountain County Water District.

The software may not be copied, distributed, sold, licensed, or provided to outside organizations without the written permission of Sonoma Mountain County Water District.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing billing information for accuracy before invoices are transmitted to QuickBooks Online or distributed to customers.

QuickBooks Online Integration

SMCWD Billing Manager communicates with QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s secure OAuth authentication. Users must have appropriate permissions to access QuickBooks Online company data.
